Are you putting on a doll show or event? If so, we'd love to post an advert for you on the UFDC website. All we ask is that you, in turn, promote UFDC.
Any doll or doll related show or event will be considered for posting on the UFDC online calendar if you advertise UFDC in all your material and offer us the option of a membership table and a Meet and Greet at your event.
This service is free for UFDC Clubs and Corporate, Library or Museum members. There is a fee of $75 for individual UFDC members and Non-UFDC affiliated organisations to cover the costs involved.
We look forward to hearing from you!
If you are interested in adding your event to our calendar, please send the following information to Fred Patton at fred@ufdc.org

Graphic Content
- Please submit images in landscape/horizontal orientation.
- Make sure all content submitted (photos, graphics, logos) are owned by you or are licensed by you and do not infrine on any copyright holder.
Graphic Size and Resolution
- Preferred graphic size is 800 pixels wide x 600 pixels tall.
- Recommended resolution is 72 dpi (dots per inch) or higher.
- If you have print-ready artwork at 300 dpi, please submit it at 800 x 600 pixels.
- Any images not meeting the 800 x 600 pixel dimensions will be scaled up or down to fit.
- Maximum file size is 5 MB.
Font Usage
- If you incorporate the title text with a custom font into the graphic, we can attempt to use a similar web-safe font for the rest of the posting text.
- To ensure we can match the fonts, please provide two versions of the graphic:
- With the title text rendered in your desired font.
- Without any text, so we can add the title and body text using web fonts.
- If we cannot find a close web font match, we will use the graphic without text and replicate the title using a similar font.
(UFDC reserves the right not to advertise a show or event if they think it would be inappropriate to do so).
